If only we had some sort of database that allowed you to search for information on the internet!

Looks delicious! I love southwest flavors!

I can house a whole box of Fiber One 80 Calorie Chocolate Squares in an afternoon. They are sooooo good.

I eat a like a fat *kitten* at buffets. I either count them as a cheat meal, make it my only meal of the day, or eat lower calories the next day.

Most Chinese restaurants have a "diet menu" that offers steamed veggies/protein with sauce on the side. If not, veggie and tofu dishes, i.e. Buddhas Delight or Chinese Vegetables with tofu are good options.

                Marinate and grill!

                Really?

A few more joints and a few less guns could make the world a better place. Just sayin'.

I get a solid 8 every night. Depriving your body of sleep is counter-productive.

A little personal pepper spray is like...less than ten dollars.

Earthlings. Because everything in it actually happens.

I use granulated Splenda or Splenda-sweetened sugar-free syrups in my coffee, with no negative side effects.

I work at a university, so I have a sweet fitness center discount to the gym on campus. I do see my co-workers and some students I work with, but generally I go so early that I don't see too many people. I love that it's convenient to the office and I can just work out, shower, and walk across the street to work.

Dairy and enriched soy drinks aren't the only things with calcium. Dark leafy greens, sesame seeds, tofu and nutritional yeast all pack a hefty calcium punch. Just make sure to incorporate these foods into your diet and you shouldn't have to worry about supplementing. If you're concerned about your calcium intake, it may…

If it fits in your macros, do it. Beer can be pretty high calorie, especially good beer, so if you have a little trouble with moderation, stick to diet soda and whiskey.

Removed. Not really the appropriate venue for the original comment.

I like bringing oatmeal anyway - I make it the night before with oats and water, mix in a scoop of protein powder and stick it in the fridge. I love it cold, and it firms up so much that it keeps me much fuller much longer!

Broccoli, stir fried in coconut oil with lots of garlic.

Chris - awesome Thai post, thanks so much for sharing! Is it bad that one of my favorite parts was seeing what a can of Thai Diet Coke looks like? :P

Lemon pepper tempeh triangles, served with cooked quinoa and steamed green beans. One of the best meals I've had in a long time.

BF and I were in Rehoboth, DE for breakfast this morning. This is the tofu scramble at Green Man Juice Bar & Bistro, served with a light salad, fresh pineapple, and a side of pumpernickel toast. I believe every morning should start this way.

When I took my new job, I decided to choose an apartment within walking distance from work, and it was definitely one of the best decisions I've ever made. I walk about 20 minutes each way.

A cup of roasted kabocha squash with lots of salt and black pepper is only 40 calories!

Unfortunately, you just kind of have to let them go. Breasts are mostly fat, so when you're eating to lose fat, unfortunately, you don't really get to choose where it comes from. You can do strength exercises that target your chest, but ultimately, there's not a whole lot you can do.

80% gemma pea/20% soy blend from True Nutrition.com. I am loving the chocolate peanut butter cup and chocolate coconut flavors!

I'm going to have to politely disagree with you here - I think that anti-skinny campaigns are pretty socially acceptable ("Real Women Have Curves", "Bones are for Dogs", etc.), but the minute people make something that could be perceived as a slight against overweight people, it becomes a huge issue. Maybe the campaign…

It's putting down an entire group of people. "Say No to...." is essentially translated into "Size Zero is Bad/Wrong". If there were a "Say No to Size 22" campaign, there would be outrage. I don't understand why it's socially acceptable to degrade slim people as a means of making non-slim people feel better. People come in…

Ahhh, making one group feel better by putting down another. Awesome.

As mentioned, unsweetened almond milk has less calories than unsweetened soy, but soy has more protein. Depends on your taste and macro needs.
