Exactly what happens to my hubby....something goes wrong and they are lucky to sit down at all for that twelve hour shift....thanks for the ideas! I'm going to make his lunches with the kids lunches at night so he has it for next day.

I have recently too...just can't seem to get workouts in....I have the time..but no motivation. But I've reminded myself about how healthy I felt when I was smaller. I do reward myself too now and again for doing what I need to do...eat or excercise..whatever...just keep the reward simple and healthy! And come back here…

There are some awesome suggestions here. Another thing you could possibly do is see if there is a babysitting swap where you are...what that entails is exchange of time not cash. If you can give yourself that half hour to just go for a walk....I think your best off eating small meals a few times a day and remind yourself…

I had planned to do it everyday till I hurt myself...uggg...and I talked to my trainer that I had years ago and he knows of my injury (its an ongoing stupid thing) he suggests every second day with a cardio in between....I am going to follow his advice cause he helped me through it alot before....Let us know how your doing!

My kids love wraps...they are quick and easy to make in the a.m. or even in the evening. My kids also love fresh cut veggies. I let them pick out their own water bottles this year, I let them have one unsweetened juice or milk for school then they drink water the rest of the day. I also try to make a little extra at supper…

OH I totally forgot the hummus..mmmm....we have a larger camper. We were supposed to be camping lots this summer but unfortunately had an unexpected move (not our choice!) The kids are so excited. We have 3 boys as well! They are soo excited!

You definatley should be eating more often during the day.....your body needs fuel all day not at the end. Could be the reason fror being sick. in the morning. I havent been eating any sugar free candies at all. I have a few coffee during the day (like 3 or maybe 4 cups spread throught the day with 1tsp of splenda and yesterday no crystal light at all). so I"m sure its not the sugar alcohol...I'm almost sure its the HUGE change in my diet and my body just screaming at me!

I didn't really see any diary products either to be honest. You shouldn't have to nibble if you eat more. Trust me a peach for breakfast is not enough for your body!
