I have a tiled floor in my dressing room where I weigh myself and I always weigh myself 3 times on 3 different tiles just to make sure it's right !

I'm going to open it, I really think it will give me the extra push to make better choices and get some advice as I do find when I'm trying really hard I end up not eating even my daily calories before exercise let alone eating exercise calories back ! X

Thanks, appreciate the insight, and I think I will open it I will just have to have far more logging dedication, well just dedication in general as I have up to this point had great weeks and slack weeks but from now on they'll all be great ! X

I've never got naked in front of anyone even my fiancé ! I am so ready to be a sex siren and strut around in my birthday suit but my birthday suit is still a little on the large side !! I'm hoping by my wedding day 3rd may I will have the body and the confidence to get it all out !! X

5'8 Current weight around 190 Goal weight around 150 I'm not being strict on my goal weight as long as I look and feel better. I do zumba at least twice a week and I have jillians box set altho that's getting a little dusty. I plan to up my workouts and I am looking at getting a treadmill at home. I need to be a bit better…

I tell my daughter everyday that she's the most beautiful girl in the world, she is, and I don't ever want her to feel like I did growing up, she makes me feel so much better when she tells me i'm beautiful, which she does quite often usually when I'm getting ready to go out.

Day 9 done ! Had a severe case of cantbebothered today but I managed to drag the motivation from somewhere and feel good for it !

Completed day 8 yesterday but forgot to put it on here as I had my friend over doing it with me ! Day 9 later for me and then tomorrow I've got to fit in day 10 and 11 as I'm at my aunties funeral Thursday 200 miles away so I won't be able to fit it in ! I did day 6 yesterday but had such a busy day either side of it that I forgot to comment on here! Finding it much easier now and can't wait to get to level 2 ! On with day 7 very soon x

Haha if I had said peanut butter in house I would do so, unfortunately I do not ! On peanut butter as in uk it's not as big as USA is just normal sunpat ok or should I be looking for some type of organic stuff ?! X

I just ate a handful of blue berries hasn't done much to get rid of the deficit but it's a fruit I never thought I liked and turns out I do ! Another to add to my five a day ! X

I do weigh and scan everything I eat so I know the calories are correct ! I will eat more fruit and vegetable snacks throughout the day, more fruit than veg I expect as I'm not good with raw veg ! Thanks for all the advice I appreciate it x

I am new to breakfast having rarely eaten it in the past so I guess that could be bulked out a bit more and I could eat more calories easily by eating "bad" things but I thought I'd been really healthy today yet it would appear too much so ! On 30 day shred jillian says whilst doing punches that it's good cardio if you have a leg injury so maybe you could find something like that, a kind of boxercise for just upper body !!
