  • Herbal teas are good if you like the taste of them. Try out a few, theres so many flavours you can get now. If it's warm weather you could make a jugful of it and put it in the fridge. Nice and refreshing and the same as drinking water :)

  • I think giving up the scales is a good idea. I like to put mine away in the cupboard for a week or two otherwise I'm forever weighing. One bad day isn't going to do you any harm.
