I'm in Londonderry, NH and I'd love to add people from NH. Love the local support. FYI - just moved to Londonderry and discovered the awesome trails in the Musquash conservation lands here. Check them out if you're local and like to hike. The trails are extensive and we've only been on moderate trails but they're great!

THANK YOU!! I have been craving brownies all day and I just did the stats with egg beaters as a substitute and changed the servings to 12 brownies and it came out to 86 calories per brownie. I'm making these as soon as I get home :)

I used to always eat 1/2c Kashi Go Lean, goat cheese crumbles, and 1/2c blueberries. Filling and it was so good. This way I got some fruit and tons of protein in every morning.

The best way to find out your burn is to get a heart rate monitor. This morning I did the elliptical for 30 minutes and burned 267, myfitnesspal calculated that calorie burn at 455. As someone who is tracking calories in and out, it's the best money I've spent. I got a Polar FT10. Ebay had an awesome deal.

What works for me might not work for you BUT: I will buy one "junk food" item at a time and break it up into 100 calorie packs. I buy the snack size ziploc baggies, and I measure out 100 calories (or a serving size) and put them in the bags. This week I got iced animal crackers for my "junk snack" so I opened the bag,…

Hahah I totally remember that!

I have a cheat day - this weekend was a cheat weekend (oops!) but I don't let it get me down. I jump back on, double my regular water intake, and hit the gym.

Made these last night for a get together and everyone LOVED them. We have brainstormed all different things to make now inside egg roll wrappers. It's also an awesome way to revive old leftovers. Thanks for sharing :)

Great work! We're on somewhat similar journeys it seems. I was 280 and down to 225 working my way down. You look fantastic. Has anyone ever told you you look like Ginnifer Goodwin?

My husband and I are! It's one of our favorite shows.

It's hard to think about the bigger picture when you're working hard and you don't see the results. During those times I always try to think where I would be if I wasn't exercising. I think that is what helps me the most, because I remember exactly how I felt and how I looked when I wasn't dieting and exercising and…

I have set my goal for 199. I have NEVER seen the scale read that in as long as I can remember. It's hard work, but I feel that if I can get to that milestone, I can surge on!

I have always been heavier, but when we met my husband was underweight (now he is a healthy weight). I used to joke that we looked like the number 10. We look more like an 18 now which is better!!

I add spinach to any smoothie I make. You can't taste it at all. My usual smoothie is: 1c unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 c spinach, 1 or 1/2 a banana, 2 tbsp chocolate pb2. Sometimes I'll add berries, sometimes I'll add a scoop of vanilla protein powder, sometimes I'll add chia seeds. I put it over ice and sip it all…

Sounds gross but I guarantee people will love it: Cranberry Chicken Sandwiches 2-4 pounds chicken breast (one large breast bone in is better than the boneless as it wont dry out) 1 can jellied cranberry sauce 1 envelope of onion soup Cook on low 8 hours. Take the chicken out of the crockpot and shred. Add back into the…

I put them on toast. I also make an egg sandwich with a bagel thin, eggbeater, and avocado. Simple and delicious!

My husband is just like having a child. He doesn't like vegetables that aren't out of a can. There is one thing I make that he loves. I dice up some carrots and sweet potatoes, add brown sugar splenda blend, and spray butter. Then I just bake it in a small casserole dish till they are tender. He loves it. Goes great with…

I am right there with you! I have had a struggle with weight loss my whole life. I've tried every fad diet, pills, etc. and NOTHING stuck. The past 2.5 years I've been exercising, watching what I eat, but I still indulge. It has been the ONLY thing that has worked. I understand the consequences of indulging, but I'm…

It's hard to fit things in when you work full time, have to maintain a home, etc. I find it hard to balance, I work full time, have a freelance business and I was neglecting myself for a long time. I have been waking up an hour earlier so I can get my workouts out of the way before my work day. I spend 30 minutes of that…
