Your body was so used to your healthy intake of calories that eating like this has "thrown it for a loop" and causing it to work harder to burn calories.... some people will "spike" a day every now and then and go over their calorie intake because it makes your body work harder and not get stuck in a plateau.

You might want to have your back looked at by a Doctor. I have problems with my lower back and my pelvis area. I'm right there with you. I do the LS waking DVD at home. When I log mine I'll log with some time in Low Impact Aerobics, and then some time in High Impact aerobics. I'm still fairly new to this site... may I ask what is HRM?? lol.... Still trying to understand these acronyms :)
