Sodium? Not enough??
I've noticed the past 2 weeks now my sodium intake compared to what MFP gives me is SIGNIFICANTLY lower... Is this good or bad?? MFP gives me 2500 sodium... my normal is between 950-1200 daily.. Does anyone have a Mini Goal to meet my Jan 2012?
Do you have a goal, or mini goal to meet by January 1 2012??? I do.. I'm trying to lose 16 lbs by then and meet my first goal of 200 or possibly 199 and be back in the 100's....ugh that would be AMAZING... havent seen a 100 like that in 2 1/2 years... YIKES!

I'm still fairly new to this, been at it for a week. How often do you weigh in? Daily, weekly, monthly? I'm not quite sure I would want to daily, dont want to get my self down if I dont see any change. Wanted to see what others were doing.
