  • exactly how I get mine...buffalo chicken, usually on her & cheese bread. I also get tuna, BMT, & subway melt made same way with a littlew spicy mustard, no mayo. I rotate sandwiches with salads so I will have a variety & dont get tired of eating it fast. THey also have good soups, if they fit into your daily calorie count
  • Switch up your workout & eating routines. If you are doing the same workout & eating the same things at the same times your body will start to get used to it and adjust, making it harder to drop the pounds. Try switching things up a couple times a week & see if that makes a difference
