Are you crazy? Thats an awesome start! When you are ready, and you will be, you can speed walk in intervals for getting your heart rate up. Then you can add weights while you walk. All exercise matters and its a good start to walk. Good luck!!!!

Trust me it isn't stupid. Those machines are scary when you look at them! But I would ask the trainer to provide a program for you. I typically do strength training 2-3 times a week which consists of lots of different machines or free weights. But I have someone put it together for me. You can do a circuit training program…
