I'm not a strong swimmer at ALL, but have been enjoying doing laps at my gym. I cheat by using a floatie under my chest, but still use my arms and legs and kick and paddle like the ****ens! Great and exhausting workout! I'm hoping to get strong enough to lose the floatie soon! :)

When I started ordering my meals with a 'to go' box at restaraunts. I halve the portion that put in front of me and take the rest home for lunch the next day.

I'm not increasing every time either. But I am progressing. I finally need to move to the Olympic bars instead of the fix weight barbells (because I can't lift them off the rack anymore for squats and deadlifts) I take that as progress. However my bench is still stuck at 75. :ohwell:

I roasted two whole chickens yesterday, one for Sunday dinner, one for a whole week worth of chicken salad. It gets a little boring, but it's better than the alternative of not having a food plan for the week. That's when I get into trouble!

I was ill behaved. Since it was Admin Professional's Day my company had a QDoba nacho bar. Yep, 900 calories. Looks like I'll get lettuce and ice water for dinner.

I coughed more AFTER I quit smoking! Again, it's your lungs doing some house cleaning. It took me about 3-4 months to clear out.

These are awesome as a make-ahead breakfast! I put turkey sausage, finely chopped red pepper and fresh herbs in mine before freezing.

Indeed! I log my food and excercise in advance. It makes me (hopefully) stick to my plan. Today I have PLANNED to be a hog and have a gyro for lunch! :laugh:

Day one, and I really hate push-ups!

This helped me, I actually track my whole day of food in advance including snacks. It takes a little preplanning, but then you have time to adjust if you go over before you eat anything.
