My fave breakfast lately has been 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 1/2 cup sauteed zucchini and onions, 1 cup of guacamole (guacamole mini cups) and a sunny side up egg. This totally keeps me full until lunch and there are a ton of awesome veggies in it. The complex carbs help after my morning workouts.

I use mashed avocado or guacamole.

I have a standing desk and I am constantly moving at it. Slow butt kickers, knee lifts, etc... It really helps. Even in a 12 hour day, there is always 5-10 minutes available for a walk to keep up the activity level. For my daily workout, I just get up at 4:45am to get it in. It's hard to skip a workout when you're hardly…

POOF! You're salad!

I got a vegetti and loved the zoodles so much that I planted two plants for my garden this year. It will be nice to have fresh zoodles all summer long. (as zucchini grows like a freaking weed!) However, hubby doesn't care for them so real pasta for him.

Starting FBFit on Monday (11/16) and I'm super excited. Scared for the fit test, I haven't done a timed mile since HS so we'll see how it goes!

I think this is a really good question. Being fit changes every milestone you hit. There is no "I'm Done!" moment. But it's a good thing!

I think 'start where you start'. Your body will tell you when it's ready for more. Don't push it too hard now or you'll quit and never go back. Celebrate the little victories.

I put plates under my heels for squats. Other than that, just normal cross trainers.

Under Armour makes GREAT athletic dainties!

My standing desk is helpful! :)

I like their HIIT videos. I use the short ones after lifting for a little extra burn.

I'm doing 5x5 now for my third time. I just keep going back to it because it's a simple and effective routine. I do 5x5 on Monday, Wed and Friday and Insanity on Tuesday, Thursday and sometimes Saturday. I'm tired, but can still manage Insanity. Keep your calories up though to fuel the activity.

Charge HR - got mine on Friday! LOVE it!

I'm doing it now, Saturday will complete week 3. I too get bored with cardio, so I'm going to switch it up and do Insanity 3 days a week, and heavy lifting 3 days a week. No Shakeology. It's a VERY hard workout, but I've seen a lot of improvement in my endurance over the last three weeks.

- Glamour Shot?

I just got a sweet one on Craig's List for $100. I've been searching for about 6 months though for a good one.

Unfortunately, it seems that the belly is the last to go. The body desperately holds on to it 'in case of emergency'. It will go eventually.

I love All Recipes meal planning. It's $9.95 for 3 months, but it's saved me about $500 already in non-wasted food! I plan two weeks of meals at a time, and then try to make them all ahead to freeze when possible. It's a lot easier to stay on track when you ALWAYS have something ready for dinner. Worth every penny!

I added you. I have an open diary and really suck at logging. I'm going to try and be more honest with it in the new year! PROMISE!

Great advice here! I FINALLY realized that running and sprinting are NOT the same thing! Slow it down!

I crave LJS twice a year. Calorie budget for it and have ANYTHING that you want!

Way to go! Such an awesome day for you!

Would that be a *kitten*-cut?

Way to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :flowerforyou:

WAY TO GO! I'm sure I look awkward deadlifting too, but I don't care. Good job!

Under cardio, there is a listing for weight lifting. That's what I use. The calorie burn seems a little low to me, but it is what it is.

About 6 months for me, however, after 6 months the inches just FELL off me. It's a great motivator to work even HARDER!

GOOD JOB! :) Keep up the good work!
