I have it and did most of it awhile ago. Now I'm doing it two days a week between running days. I love Jillian dvd's.

How about coyote ugly? That One that comes to mind. I'm more into watching music videos while working out for inspiration.

I'm the same as PP I'm only just aware of how often I run into the gym equipment. However I got blood work done in January and thankfully everything came back normal... but for some reason just getting a physical and checked out made me extra motivated and energized. It's like I didn't have It in the back of my mind that I…

I have a boot camp finishing up this Thursday and plan on starting T25 next week. I completed it a few years back and loved it and then started and quit once since. I'm excited to get another "completed" notch

I got mine done in the beginning of March. So far so great for me! I got them done on a Thursday morning and I got back to my running the next Monday so just 3 or 4 days later.

Yep 10 down since January. I've been in a gym boot camp for 6 weeks now and I'm guessing I lost 3 of those 10 then however I am seeing a physical difference so maybe changing to muscle?? I have two weeks left of the boot camp and then I'm going to concentrate on cardio, HIIT and eating this summer then weight training…

I've been off soda for about a month. I've been drinking 0 calorie carbonated flavored water in replacement (I buy them in bulk at Costco) and for my caffeine fix I have coffee every morning with agave and soy milk. I used to also be addicted to the flavored creamers but quit that as well.

I loved it. Never was a runner and it led me to a half marathon
-
BTW. I've been there done that. I did Jillian Michaels all the way through and a time when I quit, same with T25. I am now in a boot camp at a gym which is something I have never done. Loving it but excited to complete it and spend the summer with T25 again. When you quit something and "take a break" more then likely your…

Can you change the time you usually do the 30 minutes? Take a couple days off or just do 5 days a week. From experience you will probably be bummed when the day you were supposed to end the program comes and you had quit. Finish and then do a new kind of program like C25k

I've had it for about 4 months. It's definitely not as bad now but still there. I was told anti-inflammatory, icing and they also sale a support brace specifically for it, I got one off Amazon. Mine was triggered by a ton of snow shoveling this winter

Hello! I'm a SAHM of two. 8 and 5. I'm 34 and looking to lose 30 pounds. I too use fit bit and I'm currently in week 5 of the c25k. Would love and add

I gain about a week before mine 1-3 pounds. Really watch yourself the week before because bloat gain is a thing (which goes away) but so it eating more. I'm always wanting to eat a ton the week before and that gain doesn't go away

I like peppermint before. I dilute it and rub it on the back of my neck sometimes before running. It's an energizing one for me.

Yes! I tell mine I'm working on eating better and working out and I can just read from the little grin he gives what he's thinking and it's so irritating. Then yes when I'm on a role he's like "let's go out to eat, I bought you some wine, let's have that spaghetti you love". It's not intentional but I think down inside…

I've been wearing a Fitbit for all of the 2 weeks I have completed and notice I burn an average of 240 on all of them except abs. That one I burn less but I also don't myself push too hard on that one because I'm an ab weenie.

Happy Monday! Today's day one of week 3 for me. Good luck to all the rest of you T25'ers!!

I actually just did a menu for next week to start getting better meals planned ahead of time. I'm tying the "Trim Heatlhy Momma" way my sister has had good luck losing with that. We are opposites. I work out and she eats right we need to mesh ourselves together
-
@RachelRiley87 my diet is definitely not going the best so far. I love food so my struggle will be with the eating right. I did not take measurements and my weight has not gone down. Good luck everyone!

Hope you guys don't mind me jumping in here. Today I will be on week 2 day 4. I haven't missed a day yet so kinda on a roll. Will be nice to have accountability here. I did complete the program a little over a year ago had great results then went back to bad habits again. Hoping I have even better results this time around.…

I love 30 day shred I recommend it to everyone. Level 2 is the most difficult out of all 3 levels (I believe anyways). I got great results. I didn't lose a bunch of weight but it's definitely one you want to keep track of through before, during and after photos for the physical change. She does have a modifier to make some…

I think a PP already said it but I would always "warm up" with her and walk five minutes then ask do you mind if I go a bit faster for awhile and make that your new thing. Then say see you back at the office. I have one of those second guessing myself personalities if I had a friend tell me they didn't want to walk with me…
-
I use Runkeeper and it will give audio cues as to how long you've ran so like a PP said run two out and two back based on when it tells you it's been two miles.

I'm almost done with my first goal (a half marathon next month) and now that I've found THIS thread I'm super excited to move on to the next and try out lifting! Thanks for sharing

I'm currently back on and training for my first 1/2 coming up here in April. It's nice to find this page (which I found a while ago but right around when I fwas off the…
