I am too. Typical day is couple of pieces of wholemeal toast for brekkie, soup for lunch with 3 or 4 ryvitas, dinner is (at the moment) cooked from scratch with lots of vegetables and wholemeal couscous/rice etc. I'm cutting back on meat mostly - cost reasons, and health reasons (animal fat in large quantities isn't great)…
