  • I have the Polar FT7 as well, and I absolutely LOVE it!!!! I use it every single day. The Heart rate strap that goes around the chest is actually pretty comfortable, and I've never had problems with it slipping which I was worried about at first.

  • I was at 1200 and lost half a pound in a month. I changed my goal settings, and MFP bumped me up to 1400. I've been eating between 1250-1350 calories, and this past week I actually lost 1.2 lbs!!
