I do Zumba on with Wii or xBox kinect. Yes I have both at home. Another option is Kettlebell workouts from youtube or Yoga & pilates on Netflix.

I am currently at 1750 and in maintenance mode. I exercise about 3-4x per week. for 30 minutes-60 minutes. I am 5'8" I use this website as a guideline for weight loss calories. http://thefitgirls.com/

I realized I wasn't eating enough and upped my calories on my workout days. I also go based on BMR and TDEE instead of what mfp suggests. Sometimes it's really low. I always eat at least my bmr and about 500 under my TDEE.

I got a great one at Costco when I started. Will keep it away from the sink :-) I pre weigh my snacks in baggies to take to work to. I'm a bit OCD but whatever works. I prefer to be accurate if I can.

When I eat packaged foods at home I use my food scale. For example, with cereal, there is a huge difference because settling occurs. So I go with weighing. It's worked for me.

I've lost 59 pounds doing Zumba, walking and sometimes kettle bells. I try to Zumba 35 minutes each morning at 5 am. Gets the day started right! I made my own routine on the Zumba for Xbox kinect. Also, I go to a Zumba class once a week for an hour.

I just got mine last week and I like to keep my smoothies low calorie. I use about a cup of spinach, 2-3 ounces frozen pineapple, 2-3 ounces frozen Mango or peaches. About half a cup of water and blend thoroughly in vitamix. It's a little tangy. But filling! It's under 150 calories and so good for u!

I have been on difference pills for several years. For the past 7-8 months during my weight loss i have been on 2 different pills and neither affected my weight loss. I have no kids as well. Eat lots of vegetables and fruit and drink a lot of water. good luck.

I had mine out as a 24 year old. make sure to keep the area wet... when it dries out... that's where you get the pain. Keep a lot of applesauce, soft breads and foods around. nothing too hot... send me a message if you need any ideas.

small pieces of dark chocolate do it for me - like the little dove squares or hershey bliss - they are about 35-45 calories per square. And if you have 2 - its not that bad.

Try Quest Protein Bars, lots of flavors - starting at 120 calories depending on the flavor. you can even heat them up a little in the microwave and the brownie one melts a little... yum... i find them at my local health food store. They are also gluten free :-) http://www.questproteinbar.com/

I would just eat a total of 1300 calories if i was you. Have a healthy smoothie or something high in protein that is low in carbohydrates == maybe some chicken and vegetable? or tuna on green salad.
