Staces, have you made them yet? this morning I made almond milk with my juicer and have about 1 cup of almond meal.... I'm torn in between some sort of Almond meal oat meal dried fruit bar or the pancake.... never tried either one of them....

I have noticed that when I register the activity for the day it adds about 100 calories burn compared to what the watch says.... try it enter everything but the calories then see...

maybe too much fiber all at once.... I went for almost 2 months with no animal products but it was so hard specially when you have to cook for the whole family.... I now limit my meat intake to 2 days a week. Pediatrician will give you a better idea on what's going on,...
