Can't you wear these while swimming? I also just read that if you don't wash them regularly they will get kinda gross and won't work properly.

lol...thanks. So one more quick question..If the weight is raw do I just reweigh cooked? The raw steak is 11oz and there is no way I will eat it all but I assume once cooked it will not still be 11oz..or will it :huh:

The thing is though once you log on to MFP and put in your info you basically have to do no more. You can sit on the couch and lose weight as long as you stay at your calculated calories. I was hoping to complete the 30 days by Mother's Day and thought of it 31 days before..lol. Now that my deadline is messed up I think I may keep on it but maybe 2 on 1 off or every other day. Thanks. I have to keep reminding myself some is better then none.

I think it is the way it is packaged as the "mens" is a different colour with a man on it and the bronze has the woman. I think the bronze one is a little lighter too.

Not sure really why I gained since even though I went over I never went over maintenance. Could be water weight but it is enough motivation....hopefully to get back into the swing of things.

I am not real sure but it could be that you screwed up your metabolism being so low cal for so long. I am pretty sure there was another person on here recently that posted about her battle with starvation mode. I will see if I can find it for you.

It is based on if you have the exact same calories you did that day so mine changes a lot. If I eat more or less then obviously I will weigh more or less. I don't really pay much attention to it but it is nice to see sometimes :)

I live in a small town so my options were limited but have heard that Zellers and Walmart both have them. My local walmart had some but not the 30DS and my zellers had none. I ended up getting mine at Coles..I paid more but I didn't have to search and wait.
