  • Week 4 Jan 26th - Feb 2nd Average calories 2009 Gained 0.4lbs Good thing it came down from yesterday as I did a weigh in and was up 1.2 lbs!
  • I was a little nervous going up to 2300-2400 so I’m starting at 2000-2100 - baby steps! Only a couple days in but I was off work last night so I weighed this morning and I’m up! I couldn’t possibly have eaten enough to gain almost 1lb so wondering if it’s normal to see a gain when you up your calories.
  • Very true! I know what I am currently doing is working too well and it's only a month! I'll give it a try and see what happens. Worst case scenario I just cut a little back until I am hitting the right numbers. I cannot thank you enough! I will be back with an update :smile:

  • Thanks I think the hardest part is that they are so similar 1350 without exercise and 1570 with lightly active. My exercise has been giving me about 100-200 calorie burn. I have my treadmill set to 3.3mph and my app says its a mod pace walking the dog from 2-3 mph. I know not to trust it too much but I know I am burning…

  • Embarrassingly enough the 8lbs were too much to get through this whole video :( I ended up doing it with 3lbs for now. I did pull out the 8lb for the tricep dip.   • Well it added another 15 minute workout and took away my step count on MFP On the pace app it says I walked 4000 steps today -- my watch says 9,460?

  • Does the bug apply to other apps? I did a little test today where I used MapMyRun - set to walk - walked 15 mins - burn was 72 Used outdoor walk on my watch - walked 15 mins - it marked it as 3.0mph mod. pace walking dog and gave me 53 20 mins of Just dance gave me 115 calorie burn. They don't "seem" off.
