Starting again and feel dumb

I use to be able to calorie count and figure it all out with too much hesitation but now I am constantly second guessing myself and feel like I’m failing.
Tonight making some ground beef.
Weighed before cooked 943 g
After cooked 610 grams
Package says
100 g = 220 calories
Cooked 100 grams is like 320 calories
Should have eaten in raw
Is that correct how I did it?

I believe most packages use the raw weight, unless otherwise specified.1

I would have taken the calorie count for cooked ground beef. Rarely, do people eat it raw. For things like ground beef, don't look at the package. Put an entry in my fitness pal with these descriptors: Cooked ground beef, USDA.
Even better if you know if it's ground chuck, sirloin, etc, because that makes a bit of a difference.1 -
Pretty close. 943 divided by 610 is 1,5459. 1,5459 multiplied by 220 is 340. This of course presupposes that you haven't added anything (oil), and not subtracted anything (grease).1
