  • Make sure you are NETTING 1200 though...burning more then you eat is a given once you plug in your stats for your goal. MFP creates a deficit already so make sure when you work out you eat back your calories! If you eat 1200 workout 500 and don't you are only allowing your body 700 calories to survive and function on.
  • My mother in law, sister in law and hairdresser are all on this. My hairdresser has seemed to lose some weight and is trying to "convert" me..lol.   • I say do make makes you comfortable and you know what? They don't hold you to your goal so it can always be changed. Make it your goal, get there and then you can decide if you are happy or need to lose more. I upped my goal after awhile :flowerforyou:
  • Agreed ^^^^ ALL my water contains 1 package of Nestea Iced Tea..Only 5 calories and sooo yummy. I would NOT get my water in any other way this way I often have tons and have even questioned if it is too much!

  • I don't eat below 1200 NET. Your body needs food and when I was set to 1200 calories I would always eat back all of my exercise calories.   • Well somehow I miscounted and did an extra day of level 1 I started April 7th so 10 days would have been the 16th as my last day of level 1 and starting Level 2 on the 17th however I started on the 18th..lol.
