lol..mine are 3 and 7 and they love every minute of it..My oldest was up mashed potating for a half an hour...lol. and who can resist a good who let the dogs out? Bet you love it! So much fun and burns calories!!

I don't think so...there is some blah songs but even if they aren't my favs there are some great beats! The kids and I have a blast. I plan to tackle Abba tomorrow!! Argg PMS is just around the corner for me too so hopefully I have a day or so to dance it up!!

Hated the 30DS really and Jillian is so likable...LOL It was tough for me and I vowed to make it through but I did make it to level 2. Hmm it is another rainy day here and jam packed! I have a full day of deliveries and a few other errand. Promise to sneak something in just not too sure what the day will bring!

Plug in some night food before starting your day :) I always put my popcorn in when I am entering my morning coffee. That way I can adjust my day so I don't cut myself short at night.

I eat a whole bag of popcorn every night around 10pm...tonight was 11pm though. I actually log my popcorn when I wake up so that I can figure out my day around it. I find if I don't do that I am constantly snacking on something. It is like part of my day/night now.
