I make cauliflower like mashed potato. I mix it up with a hand mixer, little milk and some butter. Even my kids like it! No advice about the cottage cheese though. I mix a little paprika with mine and love it anyway.

Well today was my first day back to Zig Zagging. My sister is gone and although I attempted to get back to it yesterday I was extremely hungry and honestly it got out of hand. I feel good though I was just under my 1340 cal target but not the least bit hungry. I guess my body just needed 1 more day! So starting again today…

I got down to 132.9lbs before my sisters arrival and gained 1.1lbs from her visit! May 1 st - SW: 136.2 May 8th - 134lbs!!! May 15th - 133.4lbs - Total loss so far 2.8lbs! May 22nd - 134lbs It sucks but I did it to myself. Todays plan it to up my water and give it my all the rest of the month!

Well one week off and I have gained 1.1lbs. I hate horrible and yesterday I ate A LOT! I am going to up my water today and get back on track!! Todays weight -- 134!

I HATED my polar f7 for that reason. The V02 max was too hard to figure out and it never seemed accurate! I have the FT4 now and no problems at all! I had a whole post on here all about V02 max, testing and all my issues.

May 1 st - SW: 136.2 May 8th - 134lbs!!! May 15th - 133.4lbs - Total loss so far 2.8lbs! Still zig zagging and so far so good. My sister is home for the week so it may be a challenge to weigh everything and stick to goal but I am going to try my hardest. 3.4lbs more to goal!! YAY!

well I weighed in this morning at 133.4 so not too far off! I am still in the 133's so I am a hapy girl. My sister is home so this week will be challenging. We had spaghetti for supper and I know about how much I eat when I make it so I am confident I didn't go over by too much if at all.

I try to eat back what I can so I am netting what was recommended. A MFP member helped me and advised me to do 1340 days 1 and 2 then 1650 on Day 3 and repeat. Doing good! I weighed again this morning and I am at 135.7lbs so a tiny gain but I am still happy to be in the 135's. I guess I can believe that it is real! Today is Day 5 so last low day before tomorrows high. My normal weigh in is Monday so I will check back in before then unless I see a prettier number :wink:

I don't have a ED but weigh every day sometimes more. I would be lost without my scales. I have been doing really well so it is nice to see that pretty number looking back at me. I agree with others though if it could lead down a bad path better to get rid of it now.

My first post I weighed in at 136.7lbs. I was successful in Days 1,2 and 3 today is day 4 and my scale is the lowest it has been in 8 years!!! Today I weighed in at 135.6! It may not be 100% as I know weight can fluctuate and you should only weigh once a week but I haven't seen that number in so long it is great motivation!
