1.1lb down!! I know it isn't much but it puts me to the lowest weight I have been in years!! Plan to do Level 1 Day 9 early today and maybe sneak Level 2 in this afternoon ...now if I have the energy is the question on this rainy Saturday.

April 2nd - 138lbs April 9th - 138lbs April 16th - 136.9lbs Ok I almost don't even believe it but too scared to double check...lol. 1.1 lost so far! Doesn't seem like much but that means I only have 6.9lbs to lose!!!! Monday I start level 2 of the 30 day shred so hopefully it brings me 1 or 2lbs closer to my goal!

Arrggg I hate zumba! I find that I spend more time "trying" to do it and stumbling then I do getting a workout. If you have the Wii I highly recommend Just Dance 2! I love it so much! My daughter and I put it on and dance our butts off! I can burn an easy 300+ calories and it is FUN!

I walked a lot last year and just looked up one day that comes pretty close 43 mins and 251 calories. I bust my butt dancing for 45 mins and can burn 355 all recorded with my HRM.

5'5 and my goal is 130lbs.....120lbs is too thin for me, I was 120 on my wedding day and think I looked sick.

I think it depends. I totally did shovelling snow but that was a harder workout then some of my actual workouts! raking leaves yup but just doing general yard work nah.

level 1 day 7 and I rocked it! I kicked *kitten* in the first cardio set of jumping jacks and skipping! I didn't stop at all and other then my less then superior modified push up I gave it 110%. I can't believe 3 more days and I am on to level 2. I just got use to level 1!

When I started and had 40lbs to lose I was eating 1200 plus ALL my exercise calories. Now that I only have 8 to lose my goal is 1560 calories and I eat most if not all my exercise calories.

What is your daily amount? With only 8lbs to lose you should be eating more as you are working towards maintenance. I have 8lbs left to lose, 5'5 and my calories per day is 1560.

You aren't eating enough! If your diary is correct you aren't eating enough calories. As you get closer to your goal you should be working towards your maintenance calories not keep your calories so low.

Level 1 Day 6 complete. I still suck at push ups...even the modified ones but I did so much better with the first cardio set. Kills my legs but it is now a good pain! Bring on day 7!

I just finished level 1 day 6 and I burned 220 calories in 27mins. I have been between 205-235 calories since starting.
