  • I use Kraft Calorie Wise Italian 5 calories for 1tbsp.

  • Yup still water. I drink my water with the nestea iced tea singles and they are sweetened with sucrlose but that is how I get my water. I use to be a diet pepsi addict but figure the singles are much better and as a previous poster said if it wasn't this it would be much worse.

  • Level 1 Day 1 DONE! I was expecting way worse..lol. I had trouble with the push ups and there were a tad too many jumping jacks but happy to have burned 200 calories. Maybe after some sleep it will hit me but so far so good. I had a bit of weakness in my legs during the lunges with the weights.
  • I weigh daily. I like it and for me it works. Others let the numbers discourage them but for me it totally motivates me. I only "officially weigh in once a week but I do weigh daily...many times daily some days :laugh:
