  • Yes! I actually use my bathroom scale and my Wii :) I find if I step on my bathroom scale I can be 2 or 3 pounds different every time I step on it but my wii is always consistent. So I use the bathroom scale during the week just to give me an idea and the Wii as my official scale to record my weight!

  • WALK!! When I lost the weight before it was mostly walking that got me there. I really watch my calories and just make sure I am Netting my goals for the day...If I want to eat more I burn more. I usually even take my kids with me after supper...even 1/2 hour walking is better then nothing!!
  • Thanks! So far so good :) We had my mom over for supper last night so I didn't really log my food which could have went badly but wasn't horrible and I plan to keep it under for the next couple of days just in case. Managed to walk all but 1 day and plan to start "learning" how to run.

  • I wouldn't judge...If she was just texting it could have been an ipod touch and not a phone. I know plenty of under 10 year olds that have ipod/iphone that only allows texting or the phone minutes are limited and monitored. people are so quick to jump to them using it negatively but if used properly they aren't evil.…

  • I am mom to 2 wonderful little girls, I am an Independent Scentsy and Velata Director and will be adding another brand soon, plus if I have spare time I help my dad with his business. Thank goodness for this site and the app for my iphone!!! Without it I would not be nearly as connected.
  • Same...Did well when I came back KNOW I can do it, shoot I have done it but 1 wrong day turns into one wrong week and everything I worked so hard for is gone. I know what I need to do but just can't seem to get there. I am hoping surrounding myself with all of you helps!!
  • Nope no progress here. I think a wee bit of depression has hit me and I am an emotional eater. I know what I need to do but finding the energy and motivation is hard. Hopefully coming back here can get things...well me moving!
  • My best advice it to switch it up a bit whether it is exercise or calories. I know when I got close to goal I was zig zagging my calories. Maybe you could try that? Or try a different exercise. Just keep pushing through. I need to follow the same advice..lol.

  • Looks cool! BUT has calories :( I am looking for something more natural. I would drink my iced tea forever but would like to avoid artificial sweetener and other extras. PLUS I doubt they have it in Canada...we don't get cool stuff..lol
  • Are you eating exercise calories? If you eat 1900 a day no matter what, then if you burn 900 are eating that back to keep you at the 1900.
  • I don't think it is weight loss I think it is more about improving your energy levels, helping immune system..etc. Something to do with glutathione.
