I use a Ninja to make my smoothies. The particular one that I have comes with three cups. You screw the blade right into the top of the cup to mix, then remove the blade and screw on a lid. It's roughly two cups worth of smoothie.

Generally 8-hours a night. If I'm not getting enough sleep, I start dragging and won't exercise. I also start chugging pop and eating crap food cause I'm too tired to plan healthy snacks and meals.

I think I will. I've done the "track until you lose weight then stop & gain back" over and over. But, that's how my brain works. I like order, information, feedback, etc. To continue to be sucessful, I think I'll have to track... and that's okay. We're all different.

I don't eat my breakfast until 9:00. Our mornings are crazy so it's basically grab a cup of coffee and get the kids out the door. I've been doing it at dusk... it's dark when I'm done. Mostly because our daily highs are around 105 lately and I don't want to have heat stroke while I'm huffing down the sidewalk! lol It's about 85 degrees when I go out at dark.
