I dislike working out when I have my TOM. I don't have cramps or anything but my flow is ridiculous sometimes and I really dislike tampons. I stick with cardio though. It's awkward wearing a pad but I get through it.

Sorry I'm late! SW: 146.8 W1: 147 W2: 148 I did terribly this week. I saw my weight go up to 150 again and what sucks is at my low I was 145.5. I ate a lot of junk though. I have had little self control this spring break. :/ Today I did weigh in at 147 again. I guess there is hope for losing some this month.

SW: 146.8 W1: 147 Not too worried. I saw a lot of fluctuation this week. All the way from 148 to 146 in the mornings. I hope next week will be better. It's spring break for me so I hope I can stay on track and still have some fun. X)

Magically I'm I'm 146.8 Which is a whole two pounds from yesterdays weigh in. I doubt it'll stay here. That's some mad fluctuation though. I'd like to be at least 130 by may but just getting in the 130's would be something.

SW: 151.4 CW: 148.8 Darn, only lost a little over 2 pounds. Can's say this has been my best month but I have def made it into new territory. Never really been in the 140's before. I mingled with 147 this month but I fluctuate a lot. Can't wait for this next month to try harder.

Week 3 149 No big change for me this week. Which I suppose is okay since I've been eating not so great and TOM has just arrived, I'll gladly claim that .6 I did lose. X) I'm thinking If I'm lucky I'll get to 147 this month.

I have the N4 by New balance. I havent had it too long but I think it's pretty accurate. They tend to tell me less than what the actual cardio machines say and I burn more in yoga than MFP says. I feel uncomfortable going to yoga class with it so I think I'm just going to not go on those days and do some light cardio. I think you should be fine as long as you keep moving. And like another poster said it's not really the pain. It's the flow that bothers me.
