Thank you for the wonderful posting. I'm going to bump for later to read over and over again!! I just better print it off and stick on the refrigerator. I want this so bad but my brain is always tempting me to eat bad stuff. Is that even possible or just an excuse i use?

Hello Everyone, I'm a newbie and this is my first month of walking at home. December Goal - 30 miles Walked - 11 miles Left - 19 miles I feel so much better after walking it's just hard to get up and do it.

The Vitamin Shoppe sells individual ones so I picked up 3 different flavors. I really didn't care for them because they have a taffy texture thats makes them hard to eat.
