Ok, so i went into my goal settings and let MFP work out my data for me. Entered height weight etc and weight loss goal (95 to70KG) losing 1KG per week. and it reduced my calories to 1280 per day! The 1200 average i got using data from my Bodymedia device since using it from Monday. For arguments sake lets say i just MFP figures and i do not log any exercise at all. Sorry i should have thought about that. My stats are: Height: 173cm (5,8) Weight: 95kg (210lbs) 27 year old male I got lazy on the second week and didn't weigh everything. the first and last week i weight 100% of everything even down to the few m&ms i snacked on (whoops)
