The only time you can get away with freezing pasta is freezing a freshly made lasagna. I love 1 tablespoon of Virgin Olive Oil and 3 small cloves of garlic sauted... Then toss 14 oz bag of freshly steamed green beans into the pan with the garlic oil. Then I season with "No Salt" Brand... Just plain salt and fresh ground pepper is good. I will try Curry next time on my beans, sound yummy!

Yes been there, done that! .... Try 2 Tums... ever since I had my Thyroid and Parathyroids removed I haven't craved chocolate because I have to take 2 Tums/ twice daily to keep my calcium in balance. Keep up the great work! Try not to eat past 6 PM. (Some nights I am hungry so I eat 1 portion of rice cakes with decaf Tea or water. It satisfies me.) There is actually one available over the counter... that you use prior to a colonoscopy. If anything works that will. I have had friends that went on lhose daily liquid diets, then days of lettuce and it didn't do anything. Just many empty calories and they were starving. Talk to your Doctor or a Pharmacist.
