Isn't it great when you realize that with just a few adjustments and paying attention to things, you can still enjoy a satisfying meal???
That is why I always say I haven't suffered over the last 16 months. I have eaten and eaten WELL!!

Oh and for got the buns If you wanted to use them 2 buns are 220 Calories. This all makes two burgers. So for 800 calories you can have a big meal or just cut it in half. I always go for big then only eat half. makes me feel better.:drinker:0

Try that with some fresh spinach. It's awesome! Only 7 calories per cup. Buy Baby Leaf Spinach it's very tender and almost sweet. Researchers have identified at least 13 different flavonoid compounds in spinach that function as antioxidants and as anti-cancer agents.Spinach also is loaded with Vitamins and Iron. IceBurg Lettuce is basically water. No nutritional value.0
