Some times a light work out gives me some energy, if I am feeling tired I just do a brisk 10 min walk and 10 min on the elliptical and that's enough for me to feel better! It's better than burning no cals sitting on the couch! Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Weight Loss Tools

Okay, I have to say.... I get dressed up for the gym. I throw on some cute work out pants and a nice matching top, put my hair in a nice braid... AND I sweat!!! I think you can look cute and go to the gym, isn't that why you work out to look/feel good? Nothing wrong with being a little girly and getting your sweat on. Oh…
