  • The only way you will know for sure how much you are eating is to weigh and measure everything you intake... Until then you are only guessing.....
  • Like I said if it is something you like as an alternative to ice cream that is great but I know exactly what it is. I buy organic bananas on sale and freeze them cut up in zip lock bags and use them with peanut butter and ON Double Chocolate Protein for my post workout drink in our VitaMix, The bananas take the place of…
  • Absolutely nothing wrong with consuming milk unless you are lactose intolerant. I have drank no less than 2 gallons (usually on my 3rd gallon before weeks end) and have lost a couple pounds.....
  • I think if you would have just worded this a one ingredient dessert and not referenced this as a comparable replacement to ice cream it would have been received more positively but alot of us including myself have lost alot of weight and manage to fit the real thing into our daily caloric intake and I for one can…
  • I see a tread here but don't forget the potato chips...... :drinker:
  • Then stop being on a diet and treat this as a total lifestyle change... Fit those foods that you sometimes enjoy into your caloric intake and stop thinking that foods are good vs. bad, yes there are some foods that are more nutritious, but the other ones that are less can be just as good. Especially if they help you adhere…
  • Go to google and type in: Mueller Tuffner Pre-Tape Spray I use it all the time ahead of taping my knees and it help out alot... It is pretty sticky so alittle goes along way... lol Best of Luck
  • Ed is here now.... lol and I bow to the 1 kg or 35.2 oz........ I consume 24 oz. a day in brussel sprouts so that definitely has me beat.... :drinker: Oh and to add: I too don't have an issue with gas, they never have bothered me in that way...
  • I'm with this guy, plus I have to many gallons of ice cream in the deep freeze to let it get all freezer burned and have to throw it out...I will never understand the all or nothing mentality, it NEVER works and in the end your right back where you started. Why not watch you calories and begin to work on the mental side of…
  • Try reading some actual peer reviewed study to get a broader understanding on the actual science and not relying on the Huffington Post for credible information and a doctor that is out to sell books and diet supplements for a living. Best of Luck
  • Yep this!! 40 oz. jar of Regular Jiff is 5.67 and a 40 oz. jar of Jiff all natural is 5.67...... same goes for alot of other items and I find things when the are on sale and then stock up to save too.... Best of Luck
  • I use light versions of my regular salad dressings that range from 25 to 40 calories for 2 Tbsp.. and have no issues fitting that into my day when I am having salads.... My goto is a light ceasar dressing currently which is the 40 calories per 2 Tbsp. one..... Best of Luck
  • All 3 are good but I am partial to GMC, we have owned 2 GMC Envoy and they have been very reliable and great drivers... The Envoy was replaced in 2009 by the Terrain and Arcadia so I have to think these picked up right where the Envoy left off....
  • Why not just work on the mental side of this journey and learn to fit any food (except for those that you do not like of course) into your daily calorie goals. I was mindlessly ate over 10,000 calories a day. I bought 21 in. Pizza's several times a week and had them delivered and would put them in tupperware and hide them…
  • Several friends over 1000, have one approaching 1700 days and myself 1063........
  • I pinched a nerve in my neck a couple years back (freak accident) and paralyzed my right arm to the point I woke up in the middle of the night and could not lift my arm off the bed... It took me 2 months to push a 3 lb. dumbbell over my head. All the stabilizer muscle in my shoulder was effected so while going through…
  • I use the smith machine for several exercises... incline bench press, flat bench press, decline bench press, overhead press, narrow and wide grip shrugs, bent over rows, close grip bench for triceps, to name a few. I also work in free weights too. If you only have access to a smith machine then I personally would use it…
  • lol yeah IMO it is a big waste of money..... on the other yeah give it a try, I have tried a bunch of different brands and would stick to the light which is 100 calories per 1/4 cup but switched to the sugar free and really there isn't that much of a difference in taste.....
  • For the sake of your taste buds, you don't wanna know..... lol
  • Mrs. Butterworth Sugar free syrup is the best low calorie syrup I have come across (20 calories per 1/4 cup). All the others taste like they are watered down... I eat scratch made waffle just about every morning so I have tried my fair share of syrups... I stick with this one... The Walden Farms stuff in my opinion is…
  • Hasn't hindered my weight loss and I like a beer with supper about every night and a couple more on the weekends... As long as it fits within the confines of your caloric intake for whatever deficit you are running, then I say No problem whatsoever....... Best of Luck
  • This will strictly come down to personal preference, I am up at 5 a.m. and eat a big breakfast by 6 and am heading to the gym by 7 and that works great for me but do a 180 and say I go to the gym around 5 in the afternoon and the most I want is a protein bar or carb bar before I hit the gym and then have a big meal once a…
  • I have been wearing dry fit Nike or Under Armour gear in the summer and their "heatgear" line in the winter months. It is light weight, durable, and it wickers away the sweat, and is very comfortable... Been using it for years now and love it... I am sure other brands like Russell, Columbia, extra have their own line but I…
  • I started out with a 78 inch. waist at 560 lbs. pretty much unable to walk. I was written a script by my doctor to do aquatic therapy to use water displacement to allow me to stand long enough to start exercising. I literally would walk from the shallows in the pool when i started before I ever swam. The last place in the…
