Train 6 days a week taking 1 day off.... I listen to my body if I feel I need a second rest day that week I will take it... Lift 4 days with cardio after and the other 3 days do weighted core work and some form of cardio (Biking, Jogging, Basketball, Swimming, Hiking, etc).

Why not just eat in a caloric deficit and still enjoy real food along the way.... This approach to me seems alot more sustainable than some diet you have to buy a product to do.... Best of Luck though.......

Funny cause I am only seeing one side to this...... I think your sarcasm meter is broken..... You can burn calories 24/7 period.. they can't tell time..... Workout whenever you can fit it into your day... Best of Luck

Yeah my Doctor is great when I walked into his office 5 years ago at 560 pounds he looked over my blood work and ultrasounds and ask if I wanted weight loss surgery. I told him No Way because if I could not fix what was broken in my head no amount of surgery would matter.. I was going to do this with diet and exercise or…

It is strictly personal preference and what you can adhere too and what gives you the best outcome for your workout... I am up at 5-5:30 and eat a big breakfast and am at the gym by 7:30.... This works for me but everyone is going to be different... Best of Luck

And I thought my waffles with Crunchy Natural Peanut butter, Bananas, and Maple Syrup ruled..... :smokin: :flowerforyou:

LOL Just No........ If you eat a well balanced diet that stays within the confines of your daily caloric intake for whatever it is your are trying to do (lose weight, maintain, or bulk) and do your best to come close to hitting your macros with the occasional daily treat when your nutritional needs have been met, then…

Works for me.................... Best of Luck

Meal timing has no bearing on weight loss.... Eat when you can get all your calories in for that given day...... Best of Luck
-
Its one meal, if I am going out for Mexican, I will have a light breakfast and lunch, get in a good workout and then go enjoy a meal stress free with my family. Then wake up tomorrow and get back to my normal routine.... Best of Luck

My calorie deficit has already been established in to daily caloric intake so any calories burned through exercise have nothing to do with my weight loss but as more to do with refueling my body for the exercise that I am asking it to do.... If your using the MFP approach than this is they way you should be doing it unless…
-
Yep I eat back roughly 85% of my calories burned through exercise leaving 15% for error in calculations and lost weight... I am a firm believer that you must fuel your body for the workout you are demanding of it to do....... Best of Luck

Yeah I think that is totally your call, especially not knowing your area... We have 18 miles of paved riverwalk that goes through our city and goes through some sketchy areas of town but I have and will continue to use the riverwalk alone but I am also 6 ft, 1 in, and weigh 250 so I don't normally feel threatened going…

I am up at 5 and head to bed around 10, Nothing to special here, I normally watch alittle something I have dvr'd and most nights wake up at 2 in the morning to see I fell asleep again with the TV on..... lol

I am up at 5 and make waffle with bananas and crunchy peanut butter and maple syrup, glass of milk and a travel mug coffee to drink on the way to the gym... Been my goto breakfast before lifting for quite a while now... if I mix it up, I will do Oatmeal with brown sugar and a bagel with honey...... I think though it comes…

Would really like to see this scientific data that you speak of....... I have research drinking diet sodas for the past 5 years since a began this journey and have not read one peer reviewed study stating that drinking diet soda in moderate amounts will harm you in any way.....

It is a zero calorie drink and in no way will it hinder your weight loss.... I drink 2 or 3 Diet Pepsi a day and have throughout my weight loss and have lost a few pounds..... Queue the fear mongering due to the evil aspartame in 3.......2........1.......... and go........ lol :drinker:
-
I save enough calories to take a snack to bed with me every night..... Meal frequency has little bearing, just make sure you are hitting your caloric intake and macros for that day and the rest will take care of itself..... Best of Luck

Medium roast coffee here and 2 scoops of pure cane sure and 2 Tbsp. Of International Delight Hershey Chocolate and Caramel creamer in a travel mug for a 130 calories and worth everyone... Lost a few pounds drinking this concoction...... Best of Luck

Nope..... It has worked pretty good for me so far...... Think I will stick with it....

It is a meal out and for me that means I will eat pretty much what I want off the menu.. Chips and salsa and Queso with a draft beer for starters then whatever main course I want, I usually go for a shredded chicken burrito and a Chorizo burrito with Enchilada sauce and rice and beans on the side with a side of…

This is precisely why after I got to maintenance I learned to chuck the scale in the closet... My weight can go up or down as much as 5-6 pounds a day and no it is not fat, it is nothing more than water retention. I have a new gauge, it is 36 in. Levi jeans and as long as they fit loosely when I put them on then I could…

Here is a nice little contribution a MFP member made a few months back that breaks down the just of the whole Aspartame argument... http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/Aaron_K123/view/aspartame-665051 The amount one would have to consume before it even became a factor is ridiculous and well beyond what the normal person…

Agreed and if he is, I wonder if he can provide us with some Peer Reviewed Studies to back up those claims....
