I wear vibrams when I do deads but also wear the Nike Pro Compression full length pants under my shorts (I wear braces on both legs which it helps with the braces rubbing sores on my legs) and this pretty much solves any rubbing skin off my shins too... lol Best of Luck

I use nothing else but International Delight Hershey Chocolate and Caramel Creamer and pure can sugar. Total my travel mug coffee is 130 calories and worth every last calorie.....

Have had both regular and chocolate version of PB2 and both taste like crap in my opinion so I reverted back to the real thing. I would start with this advice.... Your doctor knows your condition and what level of activity you should or should not be doing as of yet...
