I only weigh myself once a month, AND I take measurements once a month. That way I don't feel like I'm failing at my new changes if the scales not reflecting all the changes of my body. For me it's better that I focus on the inches lost right now than the pounds.

Tuna or chicken salad on whole wheat bread or crackers (even a bed of lettuce) and a fruit. Or lean turkey and cheese sandwich on flat bread with a little brown mustard!
