Welcome back!! Today is my first day back on the bandwagon...I'd lost 30+ lbs, but gained 15 back. SO disappointed in myself, but I know with determination and dedication - I CAN GET BACK to being healthy and exercising daily.

Welcome Back! I'm back again after about 5 mths off the bandwagon, but I'm more determined than ever. Taking it one day at a time!! Small mini goals and trying to be consistent so it will become a habit.

Take it one day at a time. Set mini goals - daily or weekly (you're be so apt to meet them) My goal this week - NO EATING OUT, eating all meals at home Consistency - even if you exercise only 5-10 minutes in the morning, on lunch or afternoons. Be consistent, then it will become a habit

Go to the store and stock up on HEALTHY snacks!! Fruit - grapes, apples, oranges!! Special K bars and chips! My favorit so far is apple slices and sugar free caramel OR Fudge Sicle chocolate popsicles ONLY 40 calories!

You just need to keep telling yourself -- I didn't gain it over night, I'm not going to lose it over night!! ONE DAY AT A TIME!! POUND BY POUND!! You can do it!!

I snack or eat every 3hours.... found this helps control my binge eating. Grant it they are healthy snacks in between my meals. Grapes, apple or orange, protein bar, fruit cup!

I say stick to what you're doing...You've lost 28lbs - GREAT JOB..somethings working right for you!! What works for one may not work for the next person... find what's working for you!

I love cucumber, raw brocolli and onion salad with vinegar and italian dressing -- makes a great side dish! Let it marinate over night!

Bowl of basic 4 cereal with almond milk, handful of red grapes and usually boiled egg or piece of leftover meat from the night before. I try to boil my eggs the night before...

SILLY - I know... but at work, everytime I have to go to the bathroom, I do 10 squats! Figure I go 6-7 times (with drinking all this water) thats 60-70 squats a day!!

First pic was in May 2012, Second one in Dec 2012, last one in Feb 2013.... Slow but steady!!.

Try drinking a full bottle of water everytime you get the urge to snack. That helps me alot.. BUT sometimes even after I drink my water I still MUST have my snack! :smile:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! Great job!! I think alot of us used to look for quick fixes - but now we've realized it wasn't an overnight gain therefore we're not going to lose it over night! SLow and steady helps you keep it off FOREVER!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

I only weigh about every two weeks... cause I get VERY discouraged easily! :happy: :smile: But I do take my measurements weekly... Inches come off quicker than the lbs...so I'm happier that way
