Great job on your loss for the week. Just started week 3 today. It went ok. Hoping the rest of the week goes fine. Only lost .6 last week. A little disappointed and discouraged, but, I'm keeping at it. Hopefully, this week I'll have a nice loss.

I'm on week 2, day 4 and it's going good. First week, I lost 2.6 lbs and was happy with that result, especially since it was my birthday weekend and I still lost weight. Didn't even cheat. It's day 3 for me, too. So far, so good. Today, I made myself a protein shake and I was hungry. I think I like the soup instead. I, too, enjoy the sandwiches. It's nice to have something other then protein and veggies. Am having a hard time getting in all those extra veggies and fruits, though. The liquids I'm doing fine…

I will sometimes go over my calories by maybe 100 but only if I have the extra from exercise. When I did weight watchers, I never would use my exercise points. I kind of feel it defeats the whole purpose.
