That is funny about the amount.... I had one male trainer give me that many in my plan. Went and saw another trainer a couple months later - gave me different exercises but same amount.

That is too bad to hear. Guess I should just quit now then huh..... Whatever - I'm losing weight, eating thousands less calories, finally feeling full and satisfied with the food I eat, and working out. I think I'll be fine.

Sorry I am not you. I have lived on this earth 33 years and have tried cooking in advance, prepping in advance, and freezing meals to eat all week - doesn't work for me. It sends me right to failures front door for a quick (fresh) meal. Almost 8 pounds down this week - woo hoo. That is instant motivation.

I mean what I am eating each day right now is keeping my 100% full and satisfied. I am eating five times a day and logging everything. Yes it's under the 2000+ calories MFP says to eat but should I really be eating more if I am not hungry?

Regardless I a have gone from 4000-5000 calories a day (maybe more) to more like 2000-2500 -- that should result in weight loss. It's a calorie deficit - a big one.

That is the issue - it doesn't really fit anywhere in my schedule. I will find a spot. Testing out early mornings next week. Then testing out lunches the next week. I like the idea of getting off an hour early to workout too!!!
