The book "Eat This, Not That" actually tells you which selections are better than the others. It will surprise you! If your theater serves hot dogs or other "real foods" aka not candy, then I would make that your dinner at the movies. Hot dog, water and maybe a small candy for dessert?

I started on weighing in on Friday because I ALWAYS have a terrible time over the weekends with over eating. Also, if you can, weigh in first thing in the morning and naked. That way, it's your true weight. For now, I would use Tuesdays (sorry) just so you're consistent.

Make a super healthy chicken salad. Lots and lots of low cal veges and a light dressing. It'll fill you up and won't bring you up too much. Then go for a walk/jog/run.

I whole heartedly believe that if your body won't let you lose another pound then it's telling you something. You are at a great weight and your are in your "healthy" range, so I think you should just stick with maintaining and maybe toning if you need to.

1. Gym membership - I just can't make myself workout at home! 2. Food scale - I was shocked when I saw the difference in the amount I was eating 3. Protein powder - One that actually tastes GOOD! (And joining MFP, although that was free!)

Some evidence shows that eating a healthy snack before bed is healthy because it will keep your metabolism running strong over night. I don't see ANYTHING wrong with an evening snack :) We don't even eat dinner till about 7 anyway since we get off work at 5 and hit the gym till 7!
