I don't plan them, but when I do go over my calories one day, I will work extra hard the rest of the week. I think that people who are very on track with their diets do benefit from it though because it jump starts your metabolism again and it helps for those who are afraid of feeling restricted from food.

I think it's a great idea. I always plan on doing this to see if it really helps with bloating, but I never make it to that much water. Good luck and let us know how it works out :)

Search "South Beach Quiche Cups". I make a whole bunch of these at a time and freeze them until I'm ready to eat them, then I just pop them in the microwave for a minute. They are AWESOME and totally customizable.

Your body needs the extra nutrients. You don't have to stuff your face or anything. I love the suggestions mbcarreno08 gave! Maybe add a small snack in your day, if you don't have one already. Don't think about it as sabotage! It's really going to help you out in the long run!

I didn't pack clothes to go to the gym after work (I woke up WAY late) so I think I'll take a nice walk and maybe do a pilates video at work today, then take my dog on a walk when I get home. It's not a lot, but it beats doing nothing! :)

There really is no reason to eat under 1400 if you're exercising. Just make sure to drink tons of water, it'll fill you up. Also load up on vegetables because they will make you full and give you lots of energy and vitamins. If you're exercising, make sure your "net calories" are about 1400, so eat back most (if not all)…

I started today!! I really impressed myself so I'm so excited to keep going! I really hope this gets my *kitten* in shape! Lol Oh and I did 5 min warm up, the 20 mins then a 5 min cool down. 30 mins total of pure awesomeness lol

The Biggest Loser is SO UNHEALTHY!!! Don't get demotivated because you're not in the gym 8 hours a day and sticking to a 1,000 calorie diet! Also, unless you're MAJORLY overweight (like 300-400+ lbs) you're not going to lose 20 lbs a week!! Tell your friend to kiss you gonna-be-tight *kitten*!

I love peanut butter and it's almost a staple in my diets... When I need to pack something quick and healthy for lunch, I make a pb sandwich on whole wheat and once in a while throw in some banana slices. As long as you're tracking it correctly and not eating the whole jar, you're fine! lol

MFP already gives you a deficit so you get to eat back all or some of your workout calories to keep yourself strong enough to keep working out! DUH!
