Thanks for asking this! I have been breaking out so much more now that I'm going to the gym. I was thinking I wasn't washing my face well enough after my workout but I know that I am. I have never heard of your skin expelling the waste through your pores, but that's pretty cool if it is. :smile:

I know a lot of people have lunch as their largest meals instead of dinner, but I would suggest having something light in the evening. Uh, no, milk doesn't count as water either...... >:\ But yes, water with flavoring counts (to me anyway). Some people can't stand just water so slice up some lemons or oranges to put in your water. Crystal Light is delicious. Anything without too much sugar.
