Some days I have them, but I never plan them. Or if I know I"ll be eating something bad later (like at a party) I will plan my workout around it. Do a little extra here or there. Planning 1 fail day is just setting back your potential.

I'm 5'5" and right now, I would LOVE to be 150. That's what I'm working on. Once I meet that, I will probably want to lose some more. Maybe 130-ish. I don't want to be skinny, I just want to be fit and toned.

I only drink milk in stuff (cereal, smoothies, etc) unless it's chocolate milk but that's pretty rare. I get my dairy from cheese, yogurt, etc.
