Its not cardio hard but my legs are tired and worn out. Holding those squat positions is hard...for me. Shoulders and arms are worn out to. Its not easy and I kept up with them 90% of the time. Im thinking by week 4 I will be right there with them...then of course they change it up on ya.

Agreed I push my limits but recognize them. I can almost keep up with them for about half the video, then fade away pretty quick and gotta rest a few more times but Im still working :)

Whats your minimum and maximum heart rate? does it break down your workout? Does it tell you how long you were in whatever zone? Yeah I have a lot more calories I could be eating back but I still need to lose about 25lbs so I still run at a deficit. Im more hungry also so instead of eating empty calories or sweet snacks I drink more water or something healthy like a big bowl if veggies. Never thought I would hear myself say THAT lol.

This is the first week since nov 1st I haven't lost weight. It's kinda freaking me out. I keep telling myself I'm building muscle. I can tell in my quads for sure. One thing though is, I didn't gain weight either ;)

stay strong, they will get over it if they are true friends. Or since your not on some lame permanent diet eat and drink sensible. Not that hard to figure out. There are options. If you order a steak only eat half, if you order a beer only drink one beer or vodka with a lime or something.
