Funny that you ask this, because I just threw out some binge foods. The biggest ones for me are ice cream and candy.

You CAN do this. You can meet your goals, you can be happy. Just keep getting up every time you fall, and don't let anything get you down.

Using the mirror as a gauge has never worked for me, but I know it's a good tool for a lot of people.

Thanks for the answer! I've been doing about 800 net calories a day because I have 30 more pounds to lose, but based on everyone's responses it sounds like I need to up it somewhat.

Congrats! My advice would be to keep exercising and NEVER stop logging your food and calories on MFP, don't think "oh, I'm pregnant, I can eat all day." That's how I was with my last pregnancy, and here I am on MFP trying recover from a huge pregnancy weight gain. Best of luck to you!

OK, I have had SERIOUS issues with continual bingeing. I never would've believed this at the time, but the fix for me was very simple. I had gotten into terrible habits, and was bingeing daily. But, I finally realized that if I recognized the EMOTIONS and changed the ENVIRONMENT of the binge, then suddenly I wasn't tempted…

I'm usually horrible at eating/exercising on weekends, but I'm breaking that pattern. This Friday and Saturday and worked out hard and came under my calorie goal!!!

Comfort eating is a HUGE problem for me, too. The thing that helps me the most is to just indulge, but to do it within my calorie goal. If you're having a terrible day and you just want to eat ice cream, eat three scoops if you need to. Just count the calories and remain under your goal. Be aware of what you're eating.…
