Best Weight Lifting Program for Women?
I've seen women get some amazing results--even changing their body shape--through weight training. I'd like to try weight training, but I don't know where to start. Also, I can't go to the gym so I basically need a good weight lifting workout video...if such a thing exists. Any recommendations for good women's weight…

Help
Even though I work out and count calories, I've gained 21 pounds in the first 24 weeks. WAY TOO MUCH. I feel like this pregnancy weight gain is a monster I can't control. I feel scared of the weight gain to come and really discouraged. Any advice from anyone who's been pregnant before?

Suggestions???
OK, I'm 137 pounds, down from 195. Trying to get to 135 and maintain. With my calories and exercise this week I should've lost about half a pound, but instead I'm getting such a thick jelly belly all of a sudden. What gives? I mean, I should at least be maintaining, if not losing weight. Suggestions?

How to set my goal weight (without using BMI)?
I'm 5' 6'' with a medium/slender frame. A "healthy" BMI for my height is 115-155 pounds. That's a huge range; does anyone know a website or more exact formula that would help me pick a specific goal weight? (I'm currently 158, losing steadily)

But I'm seeing some people say that you should eat the calorie goal that MFP sets for you INCLUDING exercise cals burned. Thoughts on this? (In case this didn't make sense, let me give you an example: If I don't…

Anyone else have this problem?
Whenever I'm doing really well, when the weight is really coming off and I'm feeling good about myself, I suddenly start bingeing and regressing. Then I feel horrible--guilty, ugly, out of control and yuck. Any suggestions? I'm so ready to be done with this pattern.....but I feel trapped.
