  • Maybe it could be your metabolism is really craving fruits and veggies and to ramp that up in the afternoon to avoid sugar cravings at the end of the day. Last year I temporarily did a high protein/low carb diet but it only lasted so long and some of the weight I lost, I gained back :/
  • I've done this before and even though I dislike looking at the red numbers, I just know that tomorrow and the next day to step up my game. Cravings get me in trouble, and that's when I need to eat a healthier alternative.
  • I miss wearing smaller sizes in clothes and eating what ever I wanted without thinking about it. Those days are long gone lol.
  • I started on here again and its been about 3 times or so, I guess maybe once I reach my goal I lose out on the support and vice versa which I always end up regretting lol. But let's face it we are all in this together and the journey is so much better to have fitness buddy's around.
  • I've done this and I think it's okay to indulge a little once in a while. If the calories seemed to be over the charts, work out harder the next day and eat like you would to get back on track :) It is hard to consistently be diligent on eating right, but in reality moderation is key to our diets.
  • I'm from Las Vegas, NV and work out at the athletic club. The door is open for support and motivation as well!
  • Hi Sindy! You can add me too. I think we are all in this together and support is always welcome.
