Thanks for all the positive comments..it helps me to keep motivated and want to stick with it. I hope to have even better pics in February. It is super hard starting this at my age..I wish I was 29 instead of 39...but TurboFire is making me feel better than I did at 29 and I hope to be in better shape & more fit and trim…

this is definitely embarrassing..but oh well..and there isn't a huge change except in the bottom layer of my back, it is no longer really a roll but smoothed more. Has anyone tried weaving calories? Like 2 days you stay on your plan..say 1200 calories..then 1 day of eating what you want, 2 days back to your calorie plan, next day of eating what you want.. If so how long did you do this for? 1 week, 2 weeks? Any good results?

I am doing the 1200 calorie (yes, cookie cutter approach..not sure what TDEE is or ways to figure the BMR or body fat%) but that is a great idea on switching the meals around.. Thanks for the good advice!

The injections usually work for me, but the last one didn't and I started doing the tricks they have all mentioned...the rolling trick works good and so does rubbing your calf muscle down.
