I have a friend like that and it really makes me mad! She tells me I'm "obsessed" with dieting, which I'm not. You just need to remember that you are the only one in charge of what you eat and how you exercise!

You should not be mortified! You look beautiful! You can really tell that you are losing weight and you should be so proud of yourself! Thanks! I was 145 as of Sunday and last night I was stressed out so I ate a really large meal and I was 143 this morning so maybe I needed more food! I think tracking my calories will help me because even today if I had to guess what I ate I would have guessed 1,700 but when I added everything up it was only 1,200. I think…

I had the same question! I like MIO but it does have sucralose and acesulfame potassium which are both sweeteners. It just stinks because I get so sick of drinking water all day but it seems like pretty much any other drink is bad for you (sweet drinks I mean).
