i think you did great ..but can i ask you a question ?? and personally i dont think losing by weight loss surgery is anything to be ashamed of ....you did the work and you used a tool ..just like everyone else ... but does the sleeve do something to take away the hunger ??? or does it just limit the amount you can eat…

great post !!! and when i had lost to my lowest weight ..which was a loss of 156 lbs ...i still thought of myself as 271 lbs ....:noway: i would be shocked when i would catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror or window at the mall ....and i would look at my body that was now smaller and much healthier and be dissappointed…

ok here is what i think .....i used to weigh 271 lbs and i was ADDICTED to sweets ..i went on my diet and lost weight ..but during that time ...hubby wasnt dieting, he is thin and can eat whatever he wants and DOES lolol ...he is not fat I AM, he is not on a diet I AM... he can eat sweets I CANT ..and that is what i kept…

i think ...that instead of saving up an "x" amount of calories to use on something bad ...why not enjoy yourself, eat whatever it is that you are planning on eating and then taking the next 6 days to try and make up for it ..with exercise ? ....that way you know afterwards what you need to make up for ??? im doing weight…
